After School Productions
SLJH is having two major mainstage productions this year, one in the fall and one in the spring. I will be directing both of these shows. For the fall play, we are doing Romeo and Winifred. For the spring musical, we are doing Into the Woods. Check back in a couple weeks for audition dates and rehearsal calendars, as well as any relevant paperwork required for the after school productions.
One of the big questions I get about the after school productions is, "Is it required for me to audition for these shows if I'm in the Theatre class?". The answer is no, however, if you are really serious about Theatre, I would highly recommend auditioning. Of course, there is no penalty for just doing the Theatre class. :)
